How does Farbeyond guarantee the authenticity of its designer items?
Authenticity is the foundation of Farbeyond. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. Every single item—from luxury sneakers to designer handbags—undergoes a rigorous verification process by our team of experts before it is listed on our platform. We guarantee that every piece you purchase is 100% genuine.
Where do you source your luxury brands from?
We source our collections exclusively through a closed network of verified industry partners. This includes authorized fashion distributors, established luxury boutiques, and trusted resellers. If a supplier cannot meet our uncompromised authenticity standards, they are immediately removed from our network.
Will my item come with its original designer packaging?
Yes. Whenever possible, our items are shipped with their original luxury packaging, including designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and brand tags. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the individual product description.
SHIPPING & SECURITY
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer secure nationwide delivery. All orders are processed and delivered to your door within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.
Is my purchase insured while in transit?
Absolutely. Because we deal in high-value premium fashion, every shipment is carefully packaged to maintain product quality and is fully tracked from our headquarters to your hands, ensuring a secure and flawless delivery experience.
Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Yes. To ensure the secure handover of your luxury goods, a signature is required upon delivery. We do not leave high-value packages unattended.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy for designer wear and sneakers?
We offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must be completely unworn, unused, and in the exact condition you received it. All original designer tags, authenticity cards, and packaging must be intact and included.
Can I return an item if the tags have been removed?
No. For authenticity and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on any designer clothing, sneakers, or accessories if the brand tags or our Farbeyond security tags have been removed, altered, or tampered with.
Are there any luxury items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and certain personal care items cannot be returned. Please refer to the specific product page for details.

How often do you restock rare items or new collections?
Due to the exclusive nature of brands like Amiri, Coach, and Louis Vuitton, some pieces are highly limited and may not be restocked once sold out. We highly recommend creating a Farbeyond account to join our Inner Circle, which grants you early access to new designer drops and restock alerts.
Is my payment information secure when purchasing high-value items?
