Welcome to Farbeyond. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our platform and the purchase of our curated luxury goods. By utilizing the Farbeyond website and placing an order, you agree to abide by the following terms, which are designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and premium shopping experience.

1. The Authenticity Guarantee

Authenticity is the cornerstone of the Farbeyond brand. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit merchandise. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge our guarantee that every item has been rigorously verified by our experts and sourced exclusively from trusted, authorized industry partners.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through Farbeyond are subject to acceptance and item availability.

  • Availability: Due to the exclusive and highly sought-after nature of our designer pieces, placing an item in your WishSuite or shopping cart does not reserve it. An item is only secured once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Security: All transactions are processed through highly secure, encrypted payment gateways. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of a payment method.

3. Secure Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to ensuring your luxury purchases arrive safely.

  • Timeframe: We offer secure nationwide delivery. Orders are typically processed and delivered to your door within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Signature Required: Because we deal in high-value premium goods, all Farbeyond deliveries require a direct signature upon receipt. We will not leave packages unattended.

  • Insurance: Your purchase is fully insured by Farbeyond while in transit. Once the package is signed for at the designated delivery address, the responsibility and ownership of the goods transfer to you.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Condition of Goods

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. However, to protect the integrity of our inventory, our return conditions are exceptionally strict:

  • Pristine Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and in the exact pristine condition in which it was received.

  • Tags Must Be Intact: All original designer tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, and specific Farbeyond security tags must remain fully attached. If a security tag or brand tag has been removed, altered, or tampered with in any way, the return will be unequivocally rejected.

  • Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and personal grooming products are strictly non-returnable.

5. Client Accounts & Security

When you create a Farbeyond account to join our Inner Circle, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact our Client Concierge immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content curated on this platform—including but not limited to photography, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Farbeyond or its respective designer brand partners. It is protected by international copyright laws and may not be reproduced without explicit written consent.

7. Policy Amendments

Farbeyond reserves the right to update, alter, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage our clients to review these terms periodically.
