Refund and Returns Policy

At Farbeyond, we curate our collections with an uncompromising standard for quality and authenticity. We understand that purchasing luxury fashion online is a significant investment, and we want you to be entirely confident in your order.

If a piece does not perfectly suit your needs, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the strict conditions outlined below.

1. The Pristine Condition Standard

To protect the integrity of our designer inventory, all returned items must be received in the exact pristine, unworn, and unaltered condition in which they were dispatched.

  • Items must be free of any odors, stains, makeup, or signs of wear.
  • Footwear must be tried on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface. Any scuffs or marks on the soles will result in a rejected return.

2. The Authenticity & Security Tag Policy

For quality assurance and authenticity tracking, every Farbeyond item is dispatched with specific brand tags and a custom Farbeyond Security Tag.

  • Do not remove this tag. A return or exchange will only be accepted if the Farbeyond Security Tag remains fully attached and untampered with.
  • All original designer packaging—including authenticity cards, dust bags, branded boxes, and spare parts—must be included in the return exactly as received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel.
  • Grooming or personal care items.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Concierge: Email us at [Insert Email Address] within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Secure Packaging: Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item in its original shipping box to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Because of the high value of our merchandise, we strongly require you to use a trackable, insured shipping service. Farbeyond is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. The Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our headquarters, it will undergo a strict inspection by our quality assurance team to verify authenticity and condition.

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds.
  • If a returned item fails our inspection (e.g., tags removed, signs of wear), it will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
