1. Order Processing & Authentication
Before any item leaves our facility, it undergoes a rigorous final inspection.

- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment clearance. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Tracking
We are committed to getting your pieces to you as swiftly and safely as possible.
- Standard Delivery Window: All nationwide orders are delivered to your door within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Live Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a formal shipping confirmation via email. This will include a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your order’s journey in real-time.
3. Secure Handover & Signature Requirements

- Mandatory Signature: A direct signature is required at the designated delivery address before the parcel can be released.
- No Unattended Deliveries: Under no circumstances will our couriers be authorized to leave packages unattended, “hidden,” or dropped over a wall. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will retain the parcel and attempt re-delivery.
- Alternative Receivers: If you have instructed someone else (such as a receptionist or family member) to receive the package on your behalf at the specified address, their signature will serve as proof of successful delivery.
4. Transit Insurance & Transfer of Ownership

- Transfer of Liability: The insurance coverage and our liability end the moment the package is signed for at the designated delivery address. At that exact point of handover, the responsibility and legal ownership of the goods transfer entirely to you.
5. Post-Delivery Care & Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your luxury goods the moment they arrive.
- 3-Day Review Window: Farbeyond maintains a strict 3-day post-delivery window for refunds and exchanges.
- Condition of Goods: If you intend to request an exchange or return within this window, the item must remain completely unworn, unaltered, and all authentic Farbeyond and designer tags must remain attached exactly as they were received.
